WEEK 2:

Patent Application, Publication, Examination and Grant

  • • Discussion on Drafting Assignment 1

  • • Publication, and Examination – Procedure and Timelines
  • • Grant and post-grant procedures;
  • • Abandonment, Surrender and Restoration Procedures

  • • Pre-Grant & Post-Grant Opposition Procedures; Revocation
